Strongly suggested for families interested in learning about breastfeeding.
This is a 2 hour class that covers: Basic information on milk production, how to breastfeed. This class also contains videos on latching, positioning, feeding cues, and lifestyles of Breastfeeding families as well as the working breastfeeding mother.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this class will be led by staff virtually via Zoom all registrants will have to have access to a computer or mobile device in order to participate
